Our firm includes a distinct difference from many other firms who offer similar services. Our president, Jim Siciliano, is a former principal of a local influential Consulting Engineering firm with over 25 years of design experience in building systems. In addition to his former position, Jim has successfully commissioned and assisted in commissioning a number of commercial and institutional facilities. Based on the significant number of years as a principal and lead design Engineer on a variety of large scale commercial, institutional, and industrial projects; our clients benefit by having a Commissioning Agent with a comprehensive understanding of unitary and applied building mechanical and electrical systems. Being familiar with construction procedures and contracts provides a level of comfort to our clients that they are integrating an important component of the design/construction process with experienced and professional personnel. Originating from a design background, we possess a working knowledge of past design and unique solutions to recommend to the design Engineer and Contractor should unforeseen site conditions arise as an added benefit to our clients.

An integral component of practicing as a former Consulting Engineer is the development of construction opinions of cost and the ability to understand and respect those values. Should there be a need for a recommendation through the course of commissioning drawing review or construction; having a firm grasp on construction budgets provides our clients with an opportunity for successful results.
